Bonus: Daily Tracker
When it comes to taking action on your goals, I know 2 things:
- It's hard to keep yourself accountable
- It's fun to track your progress
Because of that, I created a spreadsheet that you can use to track your progress and keep yourself accountable each day.
You'll notice there are 2 columns. Column A lists the day number (ex. Day 1, Day 2, Day 3). Column B asks "1 Lesson Completed? Y/N". As you go through 1 lesson each day, you can mark either a Y (for yes) or N (for no) next to that day number.
I did a little example for you at the top of the sheet for your reference.
The spreadsheet is set to View Only so if you want to use it you will need to copy/duplicate it to your own Google Drive or download it to your desktop.
Either way, feel free to use the sheet to help track your progress as you work through your 1 lesson each day (starting tomorrow).
